Manufacturing Process
Silicone leather table mats are made from cut silicone leather using a coating process. Liquid silicone rubber is evenly coated onto the release paper surface (creating the leather texture) using a reverse coating process, then laminated with a base fabric.
After high-temperature drying and cross-linking curing, the release paper is peeled off, forming a structurally stable silicone leather product. Then, a cutting die is made according to the mat’s dimensions to cut it into specific shapes.
Patterns: You can customize the pattern of the silicone leather table mats according to the pattern, color, and area. Printing methods include UV printing/screen printing/pad printing/heat transfer/hot stamping/latex printing/laser engraving.
