Manufacturing Process

Liquid silicone rubber is evenly coated onto the release paper surface (creating the leather surface texture) using a release paper reverse coating process. This is then laminated with a base fabric, dried at high temperature for cross-linking and curing, and finally the release paper is peeled off, forming a structurally stable silicone leather product. Then, a cutting die is used to cut the mat into specific shapes according to its dimensions.
