Manufacturing Process
Silicone leather changing mats are made from cut silicone leather using a coating process. Liquid silicone rubber is evenly coated onto the surface of release paper (creating the leather surface texture) using a release paper reverse coating process. This is then laminated to a base fabric, dried at high temperature for cross-linking and curing, and finally the release paper is peeled off, forming a structurally stable silicone leather product. Then, a cutting die is used to cut the mat into specific shapes according to its dimensions.
