Folder silicone leather mats are a new type of environmentally friendly material mat made of a silicone coating and textile substrate. Manufacturing Process
Folder silicone leather mats are made from cut silicone leather using a coating process. Liquid silicone rubber is evenly coated onto the surface of release paper (creating the leather surface texture) through a release paper reverse coating process. This is then laminated to a base fabric, dried at high temperature for cross-linking and curing, and finally the release paper is peeled off, forming a structurally stable finished silicone leather product. Then, a cutting die is made according to the mat’s dimensions to cut it into specific shapes.
