Manufacturing Process

Wipeable silicone leather mats are made from cut silicone leather using a coating process. Liquid silicone rubber is evenly coated onto the surface of release paper (creating the leather texture) using a reverse coating process.

This is then laminated to a base fabric, dried at high temperature for cross-linking and curing, and finally the release paper is peeled off, forming a structurally stable finished silicone leather product. Then, a cutting die is made according to the mat’s dimensions to cut it into specific shapes.

Patterns: You can customize the pattern of the Wipeable silicone leather mats according to the pattern, color, and area. Printing methods include UV printing/screen printing/pad printing/heat transfer/hot stamping/latex printing/laser engraving.
