Manufacturing Process
Silicone Leather Yoga Mats are made from cut silicone leather using a coating process. Liquid silicone rubber is evenly coated onto the surface of release paper (creating a leather-like texture) using a reverse coating process, then laminated with a base fabric.
After high-temperature drying and cross-linking curing, the release paper is peeled off, resulting in a structurally stable silicone leather product. Then, a cutting die is used to cut the mat into specific shapes according to its dimensions.
Patterns: You can customize the patterns, colors, and areas of the silicone leather yoga mats. Printing methods include UV printing, screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer printing, hot stamping, latex printing, and laser engraving.
