Manufacturing Process
Silicone leather play mats are made from cut silicone leather. The silicone leather is produced using a coating process, where liquid silicone rubber is evenly coated onto the surface of release paper (forming the leather surface texture) through a release paper reverse coating process. This is then laminated with a base fabric, dried at high temperature for cross-linking and curing, and finally the release paper is peeled off, forming a structurally stable finished silicone leather product.
Pattern: You can customize the pattern, color, and area of these silicone leather play mats. Printing methods include UV printing, screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer printing, hot stamping, latex printing, and laser engraving.
